User Registration

Application form must be submitted prior to user registration.

  • Please download the application form,
    complete it with your PI's signature,
    submit it to the Huretro office. (On-campus delivery or direct)

    For the equipment you wish to use, please contact the each “Person responsible” listed on the application form and have it signed.
